Our beautiful newly built apartment (ground floor) is located in a gated estate of Valentino Golf III, on the Costa Blanca South in Villamartin (Orihuela Costa).
We decorated it mostly homely so that you would quickly experience a sense of home.
There is a communal swimming pool (a large part and a separated small part for the youngest among us) with beautiful garden, a petanque court, playground and outdoor fitness.
There are electric shutters throughout, central air conditioning/heating (so all rooms can be both cooled and heated) and a videophone to let in any visitors.
The apartment has a fully enclosed south-facing garden with terrace (partly covered), garden furniture , two sun loungers and a large parasol. A built-in closet with washing machine, iron and ironing board, another separate closet with stuff for the beach, two beach chairs, …
The bright apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a separate bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower.
The other bedroom is the master bedroom (also with double bed), also with large built-in wardrobe with ensuite bathroom, sink, walk-in shower and toilet (hairdryer also present).
Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.
If required, a travel baby bed and a children’s dining chair can be provided.
There is also a linen package per person and beds are made on arrival.
The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with all comforts: fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, grill for croques, …
The spacious living room is equipped with a smart TV with a chrome box (so you can stream your own programmes), spacious sofa, cable TV, wifi, board games, …
So in the vicinity you will find bars, restaurants (approx 1km), golf courses (800 m), the famous shopping centre La Zenia (approx 4 km) and the cosy sandy beaches with beach bars are also at 4 km.
In short, centrally located with all the necessary comfort to enjoy leisure, sun, sea, beach and cosiness.
An extra asset of ours is that you rent directly from the owner. There is always contact in advance and you can come to us with any questions. Once you arrive, you will always be welcomed by either ourselves or the key manager.
You will then be provided with all the necessary information about the apartment. We or the key manager will then be your contact in case of any further questions or problems.
The rental price includes normal consumption of electricity (80Kwh/week) and water consumption (use this wisely). Overconsumption will be deducted from the rental deposit at 0.50€/Kwh.

Casa Willems fully complies with all rental requirements and has the appropriate rental licence.
1 week = 7 nights. Are there more or less nights, the price per night will be calculated depending on the season. Prices include normal electricity consumption (see conditions), private parking, Wifi, all amenities, beds made and towels provided. The compulsory cleaning (EUR 105) is not included in the price.
Need transport to and from the airport? Like to provide a shopping list so that everything is ready on arrival? All this is possible for a fee. Please indicate it in the comments box of your reservation.
